Concerned about Covid-19? Sessions can be online or face-to-face. Online sessions are just as effective and very convenient for you as the client. However, if you prefer face-to-face, my hypnotherapy room is a large space that allows for physical distancing. I am very careful with where I travel and what I do, as I have people in my life who are elderly or at risk. Let's wash our hands, practise Covid-safe behaviours and look forward to a time where we can safely travel and enjoy our larger world.
Is it time to make a change?
Sometimes life seems to flow and everything comes together and sometimes it seems to meander into ten different directions, some of them, you didn't want to happen!
If you're having trouble moving forward in the direction you'd like your life to go in, or feeling like you just don't seem to have any say in it, perhaps it's time to get some help to get it going in the right direction. Athletes have coaches to help them perform better, students have teachers, yet many adults find themselves without a mentor or a coach unless they are learning specific job related skills. What happens when your habits, your past, your limiting beliefs and/or your emotions are weighing you down and stopping you from moving on. What happens when you can't move beyond the past and the messiness of right now? What happens when you can't see, feel, hear or plan beyond now? Most likely, life isn't fulfilling and you can't quite figure out how to change it. When you make changes using both your conscious and unconscious brain, the change is more likely to stick. You may have heard; change your mindset and you change your life. HOW do you change your mindset? Change your unconscious programming and you'll easily change your mindset. I use hypnosis and NLP to help you make those changes.
What is unconscious programming? Your unconscious programs are the automatic behaviours you just do. Just like driving becomes automatic with practise, behaviours turn into habits. The more you do something, the more likely it is to become automatic. That's how munching on snacks in front of the TV becomes a habit or that glass of wine after a stressful day becomes several glasses of wine every day. Or just thinking about (include your fear here eg. spiders, speaking in public, snakes etc.) is really stressful so you do everything you can to avoid that fear. Change your automatic programs and you change your behaviours and habits.
