Sessions with Robyn are online. Make the changes in the environment where they exist.  Studies show that online hypnotherapy can be more effective because clients are comfortable in their own surroundings, there's no need to travel and no need to rush. Life is busy enough as it is.  Get comfortable in your own space.  Stay in your PJ's if you wish.  Close the door, pop on your headphones and away we go. Once we're done, you can relax in your own space and notice the positive changes.
